Confident Swiss

According to an online poll by Swiss boulevard paper ‘Blick’, the Swiss are very confident that the national squad will do well at the World Cup.

46% say the Rotjacken (Red Jackets) will reach the second stage by finishing on the second spot of their group. 27% believe that the Swiss will be on top of the group and 20% believe that the first knock-out round will not be the end of the Swiss campaign. Only 7% believe that the Swiss will go out in the group stage.

Let’s hope the Swiss optimism will prove correct!
